Chandelier Photography Studio is committed to providing our customers with professional high-quality images. However, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they arrive at the photo shoot with their desired appearance intact including make up, hair outfit, etc. Retakes for appearance related reasons will be taken at additional cost to the customer. Simple attire with solid, vibrant, and mid tone colors, no stripes or patterns are recommended during session. For Men corporate/ professional headshots, a dress shirt( white, light blue, yellow, etc.) and a tie freshly pressed is appropriate. Also shave prior to session unless going for a scruffy look. For women corporate/ professional headshots a solid color mid-tone or dark pantsuit/skirt, or a long sleeve shirt (light color) that work under the jacket freshly pressed is appropriate. If you wear earrings, simple studs are recommended. Additionally make-up and hairstylist recommended.

Does the photographer use mask?

-Yes, mask will be used at all times during photography session.

What kind of retouching is done on the final photos?

-Retouching with realistic perfect skin, color correction, blemish removal, enhancing/adjusting color, lightening contrast, etc. with advanced technique.

Where does the session take place?

-At your office/suite or at our studio. We can accommodate sessions at your office, or any other location that has enough space (13x13 square feet).

How do I select my photos, and how are they delivered?

-Selections will be made at time of session and delivered through an online gallery via email. Photos will be digitally available 3-7 business days after session.

How can I make my payment?

Payments can be made with a credit card, debit card, or via Cash App. Cash may be used if it’s the exact amount.

What backdrop options do you offer?

-We will bring multiple backdrops options to choose from including seamless paper. Colors provided will be in white, light/dark gray, or black. * Other color options may be available upon request.

Do you bring your own lights?

Yes, the set up ranges from 1 to 5 lights. Lighting setup changes depending on the style and look you desire.
